The invention discloses a device for preventing cultivated organisms loss for a culture pond. The device of the invention comprises a plurality of column bodies, an isolation net, and an isolation net buoyancy lift device. The column bodies surrounding the culture pond are vertically fixed around the culture pond. The isolation net surrounding the culture pond is partially combined with the column bodies and the isolation net buoyancy lift device. The isolation net buoyancy lift device is contacted with the pool water of the culture pond to take buoyancy from the pool water of the culture pond, so that the isolation net buoyancy lift device can be lifted to lead the isolation net for lifting as the water level of the pond water is risen, in response to the increasing change of water level of the pond water.
