PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety property to a patient who uses a respiration auxiliary device.SOLUTION: A respiration auxiliary device 1 for assisting respiration of a patient comprises a pressure release part 8 for releasing abnormal pressure, when a control circuit part C of the respiration auxiliary device 1 becomes in a control loss state, and pressure of gas discharged from the respiration auxiliary device 1 is abnormal pressure. The pressure release part 8 comprises a pressure release valve V2 and a packing Pk. The pressure release valve V2 is for example, formed of a leaf spring, and is configured to open by the abnormal pressure generated due to control loss of the respiration auxiliary device 1. Therefore, if the control circuit part C of the respiration auxiliary device 1 becomes in the control loss state, gas of abnormal pressure is prevented from being supplied to a patient, so that safety property to a patient who uses the respiration auxiliary device 1 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】呼吸補助装置を使用する患者に対する安全性の向上を図る。【解決手段】患者の呼吸を補助する呼吸補助装置1において、呼吸補助装置1の制御回路部Cが制御不能に陥り、呼吸補助装置1から吐出される気体の圧力が異常になる場合、その異常な圧力を開放する圧力開放部8を設けた。圧力開放部8は、圧力開放弁V2と、パッキンPkとを有している。圧力開放弁V2は、例えば、板ばねで構成されており、呼吸補助装置1の制御不能等により生じた異常な圧力によって開くように設定されている。これにより、呼吸補助装置1の制御回路部Cが制御不能に陥ったとしても、異常な圧力の気体が患者に供給されるのを防止することができるので、呼吸補助装置1を使用する患者に対する安全性の向上を図ることができる。【選択図】図4
