PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird-preventing net-attaching device which can surely attach a bird-preventing net in a simple operation, can keep a strong attaching state over a long period without generating plastic wastes, and is easy in the exchange of the bird-preventing net.SOLUTION: A bird-preventing net-attaching device comprises an approximately plate-like base member 1, and an approximately U-type frame-like clip member 2. A net-receiving portion 11, having a claw-engaging portion 12 on both the sides, is projected on the base member 1. Mutually facing inward projected engaging claws 22 and outward expanded finger-hooking pieces 23 are projected on both the leg piece portions 21, 21 of the clip member 2. When a bird-preventing net 3 is attached, the end edge portion 3a of the bird-preventing net 3 is brought into contact with the net-receiving portion 11 of the base member 1 attached to an attaching substrate M. The clip member 2 is externally fitted to the net-receiving portion 11. Each engaging claw 22 is engaged with the claw-engaging portion 12.
