PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird-preventing net-attaching device which uses a base member to be fixed to an attaching substrate, can surely attach a bird-preventing net in a very simple operation, and can keep a strong attaching state over a long period without generating such plastic wastes as generated when using a binding band.SOLUTION: A bird-preventing net-attaching device comprises an approximately plate-like base member 1 produced from a synthetic resin, and a U-type frame-like clip member 2 produced from a synthetic resin. A net-receiving portion 11 having a claw-engaging portion 12 on both the sides 11b, 11b is projected on the base member 1. Both the leg piece portions 21, 21 of the clip member 2 have mutually facing inward projected engaging claws 22. The bundle-like end edge portion 3a of a bird-preventing net 3 is brought into contact with the tip face 11a of the net-receiving portion 11 of the base member 1 fixed to an attaching substrate M. The clip member 2 is externally fitted to the net-receiving portion 11. Each engaging claw 22 is engaged with the claw-engaging portion 12 of the net-receiving portion 11.
