PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net for protecting from beasts and birds which covers garbages etc., capable of securing a large storage space.SOLUTION: A net 1 for protecting from beasts and birds comprises a net 2 and a skeleton 3 supporting the net 2 and forms a space for storing an object to be stored. The net for protecting from beasts and birds is configured to be formed like an umbrella-shape and it can be opened and closed freely, and base ends of plural ribs 31 forming a dome-state space are knotted to a cylindrical slide member 33 openably, and one ends of receiving ribs 32 are knotted openably to a guide member 34 which is covered with the slide member 33, a cable 36 is drawn from an end of the guide member 34 and the cable is penetrated an inside of the slide member 33, and the guide member 34 is formed to become short, being length in which, part or whole body of the slide member 33 is deviated from the other end of the guide member 34 in a closed state. Therefore large stroke of the slide member 33, namely, a large storage space of the object to be stored is secured, and whole length when the net 1 is closed, is suppressed short.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ゴミなどに被せられる鳥獣防護ネットにおいて、大きな収容空間を確保する。【解決手段】ネット2と、それを支持して被収容物を収容する空間を形成する骨格3とを備える鳥獣防護ネット1において、概略的に、雨傘状に開閉自在に構成するにあたって、複数本でドーム状の空間を形成する親骨31の基端を拡開自在に筒状の摺動部材33に結節し、その摺動部材33が被せられる案内部材34に受骨32の一端を拡開自在に結節する一方、案内部材34の端部から索条36を引き出しておき、摺動部材33の内部を挿通させるとともに、閉じた状態で摺動部材33の一部または全部が、案内部材34の他端から外れる長さに、該案内部材34を短く形成しておく。したがって、摺動部材33の大きなストローク、すなわち被収容物の大きな収容空間を確保しながら、該鳥獣防護ネット1を閉じたときの全長を短く抑えることができる。【選択図】図1
