PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper excellent in the static and dynamic fitting properties in the regions around the groins and excellent in the effect of preventing leakage from around the legs.
SOLUTION: In the disposable diaper, an intermediate region A1 in the longitudinal direction of a side edge in the lateral direction makes an edge Le of a leg opening for inserting a wearers leg. Groin elastic stretching members 13 extending in the longitudinal direction over the range A1 in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the edges Le of the leg openings are attached respectively to both sides of a center line WC in the lateral direction of the diaper, and a curved linear pattern having prescribed first-fifth curving points is adopted as the disposition pattern of the groin elastic stretching members 13. Around-leg elastic stretching member 14 extending along the edge Le of the leg opening are disposed between the groin elastic stretching members 13 and the edge Le of the leg opening.
