PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article including an absorber including a plurality of water-absorptive polymer particles that have high water retentivity and are hard to be crushed under pressure in a high water-retention state, having excellent liquid absorbability, and preventing the absorptive-polymer particles from jumping out from the absorbent article in the high water-retention state.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes a liquid-permeable sheet 3, an absorber 5, and a liquid-impermeable sheet 7.
