The apparatus for collecting fallen ginkgo nuts according to the present invention comprises: a fixation unit fixated to the trunk while surrounding the trunk of a ginkgo tree； multiple support rods, which are at least three rods of long lengths, arranged to surround the girth of the trunk of the ginkgo such that the upper ends are spread and lower ends are assembled to couple the lower ends to the fixation unit； the collection net spread in a funnel shape to be supported at the support rods； and a collection bag connected to an exit at a lower part of the collection net to hold the fallen ginkgo nuts discharged to the exit at the lower part of the collection net. The fixation unit includes: a band having semicircular band rings coupled in a ring type to surround the trunk of the ginkgo tree and multiple female screw holes arranged at regular intervals toward the center； multiple fastening bolts screw-coupled to the female screw holes to make the front ends fasten to the outer surface of the trunk of the ginkgo tree； and multiple connection brackets arranged on the outer side of the band to which lower end portions of the support rods are coupled.
