The present invention relates to a ginkgo nut peeling device. More specifically, an object of the present invention is to provide a device having a simple structure while completely crush and remove a hard ginkgo nut shell through a single peeling process. The device comprises: a supporting means (10) provided with a fixing plate (12) having a predetermined length on an upper portion； a pressing plate (40) spaced apart from the fixing plate (12) by a predetermined distance and connected to a driving source (21) to reciprocate to vary the distance to the fixing plate (12)； and a conveying device (50) installed at a lower portion of the fixing plate and the pressing plate (40) and passing the ginkgo nut between the fixing plate and the pressing plate.
