PURPOSE: A potato peeling machine is provided to improve the operation speed for peeling potatoes, to secure the proper peeling thickness, and to reduce the generation rate of malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A potato peeling machine comprises the following: a frame type structure vertically installed on the ground； a treatment tank(3) formed in a cylinder shape, including a stone plate and brush type friction members(7c,7d) installed on the inner wall of the treatment tank to peel skins from potatoes using the friction； a main shaft(9) pivot-installed on the center of the treatment tank； an upper support(15) installed on the upper side of the structure in the traverse direction； and a main shaft rotating motor(17) rotating the main shaft.실린더 형태로서 구조체(1) 내부에 직립 설치되며, 내벽에는 수개의 마찰부재(7)가 상하방향으로 단계적으로 설치되는 처리조(3)； 상기 처리조(3) 중심에 피봇 설치되는 메인축(9)； 상기 메인축(9)을 회전시키기 위한 메인축회전모터(17)； 상기 메인축(9)의 하부에 설치되는 것으로서 감자가 놓이는 평면을 제공하기 위한 회전원판(19)； 상기 회전원판(19)을 상하기동시키기 위한 승강수단； 탈피가 완료된 감자를 상기 처리조 외부로 반출시키기 위한 감자반출부를 포함하며； 상기 승강수단은 상기 구조체(1) 상부에 설치되는 승강모터(27)에 의해 직립된 상태로 회전하게 되는 스크류봉(29)과, 상기 스크류봉(29)의 회전에 의해 상기 스크류봉(29)을 따라 승강되는 승강대(31)와, 상기 승강대(31)와 상기 회전원판(19)을 연결하여 상기 스크류봉(29)의 회전에 의해 상기 회전원판(19)을 승강시키기 위한 연결수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감자 탈피기가 개시된다.
