PURPOSE: A nanofiber sheet used as a medical therapeutic agent of skin patch type is provided to quickly heal wound and to increase skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber sheet of a core shell structure used as a medical skin patch comprises: a core ingredient containing biodegradable polymers, extracellular matrix, nutrition； and a shell ingredient containing biodegradable polymers and antibiotics. The nanofiber sheet comprises: a random layer in which nanofiber is formed in a random direction by electro spinning； and an arranged layer in which the nanofiber is formed in a predetermined direction by electro spinning. The biodegradable polymer of the shell and core is PEO, PVA, or PLA and PCL, respectively.본 발명은 피부에 부착하는 피부 패치 타입의 의료용 치료제로 사용되는 나노섬유 시트에 관한 것으로서, 의료용 피부 패치로 사용되는 나노섬유 시트에 있어서, 전기방사 방법으로 제조되고, 생분해성 고분자와 세포외기질 구성물질 및 영양분을 포함하여 코아 성분으로 하고 생분해성 고분자와 항생제를 포함하여 셀 성분으로 하여 코아 셀 구조의 나노섬유로 이루어지며, 상기 코아 셀 구조의 나노섬유가 복합구조로 이루어져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코아 셀 구조의 나노섬유 시트를 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 전기방사 방법으로 서로 다른 성분을 가지는 코아 셀 구조의 나노섬유를 제조함과 동시에 복합구조를 이루는 나노섬유 시트를 제조하여, 각 약물 성분의 기능에 따른 순차적인 작용 및 피부 세포의 종류에 따른 기능적인 작용이 이루어지도록 하여 빠른 상처 치유와 피부 재생 속도를 증가시키는 이점이 있다.
