PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physique fixing shell system comprising a shell attachment structure suitable for use in particle beam treatment.SOLUTION: A shell attachment structure is configured so that, a frame plate part 35 having constant thickness of a shell frame 32 of a head shell 3 is overlapped in a positioned state to a shell attachment face 24 of a base plate 2. Then, an insertion type press plate 4 having constant thickness is overlapped thereon, and the insertion type press plate 4 is pressed to the frame plate part 35 by both sides of pins 26 having a step. A pin hole 36 of the shell frame 32 is sealed by a pin 25 on the base plate 2 side.
