PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteosynthesis tool capable of effectively suppressing the movement of a lag screw installed in a bone in the approaching direction side and preventing the bones to be joined from being separated from each other. SOLUTION: A tubular sleeve having one end and the other end open, a long shaft body having a tip portion and a rear end portion, and a lug screw having a screw portion provided at the tip portion of the shaft body. The lug screw is configured to be insertable into the lumen of the sleeve from one end side to the other end side of the sleeve with the rear end portion as the tip end side in the insertion direction. The lug screw can move from one end side of the sleeve to the other end side, while the lug screw moves from the other end side to the one end side of the sleeve.
