PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteotomy that is securely held in a predetermined place in an intramedullary canal, or an osteotomy nail system that repairs bone fracture properly and anatomically.SOLUTION: The osteotomy nail system includes an osteotomy nail 20 having a head portion with body portion and a screw thread, a nail cap and at least two screws 23. Further, the system uses an insertion device for inserting the osteotomy nail 20 into the intramedullary canal.
