PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pad capable of maintaining cooling performance without supply of a coolant from outside or support by an external device.SOLUTION: A cooling gel pad formed of a bag body comprises: outer layers 202a, 202b of the bag body formed of textile resin shield layers 206a, 206b for forming inner peripheral parts of the outer layers of the bag body and an inner layer 204 in the shield layers.
