The present invention relates to a method for conveniently and healthily roasting meat using a cooking frame. The cooking frame is formed of a pair of lower plate and upper plate. The lower plate has a containing space therein. The upper plate is positioned above the lower plate and has a containing space therein. The lower plate and the upper plate are coupled with each other by a hinge. The upper plate rotates based on the hinge to open or close an inside of the cooking frame. For roasting of meat, the upper plate of the cooking fame is opened to expose the inside of the cooking plate. A red clay paste containing red clay is put in to fill the containing space of the lower plate. The meat wrapped by a packaging member is placed in the containing space of the lower plate, which is filled with the red clay paste, such that a lower portion of the packaged meat is immersed in the red clay paste. Then, the red clay paste is again put on the meat, so that the meat is completely wrapped by the red clay paste. Then, while the upper plate covers to close the inside of the cooking frame, the cooking frame containing the meat is heated to cook the meat. According to the present invention, the meat and red clay paste are contained in the cooking frame consisting of the upper plate and the lower plate paired with each other, and then the heat is intensively applied to the cooking frame to conveniently roast the meat and easily take the meat from the cooking frame, thereby saving the time required for the roasting of the meat and facilitating the roasting of the meat, and thus securing the cooking convenience. Further, since the cooking frame is formed to be fitted for the size of the meat, thereby minimizing the loss of the heat which is applied to the cooking frame to cook the meat.
