The present invention relates to a bio-filtering tank in which rearing water discharged from an aquaculture water tank is introduced into an aeration tank storing microbial filter media therein, and by using an air diffuser disposed on a partition plate of the bottom surface inside the aeration tank, the filter media are floated and stirred to perform biological filtration of the rearing water. In particular, a cylindrical distribution chamber vertically penetrates the center of a funnel-shaped discharge chamber in a lower part of the aeration tank, and an inlet pipe for the rearing water and an outlet pipe for treatment water are connected on the distribution chamber, wherein the inlet pipe forms an ″L″-shaped pipeline penetrating the central portion of the partition plate from one side of a lower part of the distribution chamber, the outlet pipe is connected to the other side of the lower part of the distribution chamber, and an inlet hole for the treatment water via the outlet pipe is formed on the body of the distribution chamber which corresponds to a direct upper part of a joint between the discharge chamber and the distribution chamber. Accordingly, setting of the pipeline for the bio-filtering tank can be completed by simply mounting and assembling the aeration tank on an upper part of the distribution chamber in which an incoming channel of the rearing water and an outgoing channel of the treatment water are concentrated in a double-walled manner on an identical line.
