PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic improved in storage stability and sense of use even when an oily component having low compatibility is contained in a constituent component.SOLUTION: There is provided an oily cosmetic which comprises components (A) to (C) and is composed of a continuous phase and a dispersed phase containing an encapsulated material having a core-shell structure. (A) One or more oily components which are liquid at 25°C and form a continuous phase in the cosmetic. (B) One or more oily components which are solid at 25°C and form a shell in an encapsulated material. (C) One or more oily components which are liquid or solid at 25°C and form a core in an encapsulated material. The solidification temperature of (C) is lower than the solidification temperature of (B).
