PURPOSE: A Bacillus subtilis having antagonistic activity against various kinds of plant pathogenic fungi is provided to ensure antifungal ability and organic product decomposition. CONSTITUTION: An antifungal microorganism wetting powder for soil treatment contains: 1 weight part of Bacillus subtilis HSB904(KCTC 13706) cultured under aerobic condition； 1-70 weight parts of extender of zeolite, bentonite, talc, diatomite, kaolin, or porous silica； 0.5-40 weight parts of microorganism nutrient source of ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, yeast extract, sucrose, molasse, glucose, unpolished rice oil, rice bran, starch, dextrin, or galactose； 0.2-20 weight parts of surfactant of polycarboylate, sodium lignosulfonate, calsium lignosulfonate, sodium dialkyl sulfosuccinate, sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, sodium tripolyphosphate, polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl phosphoric ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl polymer, Tween 80, or triptone 100.본 발명은 다양한 종의 식물병원성 곰팡이에 대해 길항력을 나타내는 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB904(Bacillus subtilis HSB904, KCTC 13706) 균주와 이를 포함하는 미생물제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 상기 균주 및 이 균주에 증량제, 영양원, 보조제 등을 첨가하여 수화제 형태로 제형화한 항진균성 미생물 수화제가 제공된다. 본 발명의 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB904(KCTC 13706) 균주는 생존력이 높고 항진균력 및 유기물 분해능이 우수하여 이를 포함하는 토양처리제를 사용할 경우 식물병원성 곰팡이균을 억제하여 관련 식물병을 방제할 수 있고, 유기물 분해로 인한 영양공급으로 작물의 생육을 촉진시킬 수 있으며, 본 발명의 미생물 수화제는 유효미생물의 생존을 증대시킬 수 있고 사용상의 편리성 또한 향상시킬 수 있다.
