To provide an antivirus agent exhibiting an inactivation effect on non-envelope type virus, and high in safety capable of application of hands and fingers and oral administration.SOLUTION: An active component of an antivirus agent is manufactured by combining fermented extract peptide of Bacillus subtilis, and other cationic polymer. The fermented extract peptide of Bacillus subtilis is preferably a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1 or a derivative thereof.
