The present invention relates to a feed pellet using tapioca residues and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the feed pellet comprises 85-97 wt% of tapioca residues and 3-15 wt% of syrup, wherein the tapioca residues comprise less than or equal to 20% of moisture. According to the method for manufacturing the feed pellet using tapioca residues, the feed pellet is manufactured by mixing tapioca residues and syrup. Accordingly, binding power of the mixed feed is improved and the mixed feed can be used as a feed of good quality. Also, by adding feed syrup using tapioca residues, taste is improved and the problem of dust generation can be resolved.본 발명은 타피오카 레지듀를 이용한 사료용 펠릿 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면, 타피오카 레지듀 85~97중량% 및 당밀 3~15중량%를 포함하고, 상기 타피오카 레지듀는 수분 20%이하를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상기한 본 발명에 따른 타피오카 레지듀를 이용한 사료용 펠릿의 제조방법은 타피오카 레지듀와 당밀을 혼합하여 사료용 펠릿을 제조함으로써 배합 사료의 결착력이 좋아져서 양질의 사료로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 따른 타피오카 레지듀를 이용한 사료용 당밀을 첨가함으로써 기호성이 좋아지고, 먼지가 발생하는 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
