PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably acquire temperature information useful for diagnosing an optometry object eye.
SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus comprises an infrared imaging means 10 observing an infrared light from the optometry object eye, a visible-light imaging means disposed on a same optical axis to the optical axis of the infrared imaging means and observing a visible light or a light in an near-infrared region from the optometry object eye, alignment optical systems 26 and 24 projecting alignment lights to the optometry object eye, a focusing state detecting sensor 32 detecting a Z-directional focusing state between the optometry object eye and the infrared imaging means from the alignment light reflected from the optometry object eye, a movable mirror 20 selectively changing over between the infrared imaging state where the infrared light from the optometry eye enters in the infrared imaging means and a visible-light imaging state where the visible light or the light in the near-infrared region from the optometry eye enters in the visible light imaging means, and a fixation target 27 urging the fixation to an examinee.
