PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a single imaging unit for observation and photography, and to reduce loss of fundus reflection light during photographing and efficiently indicate an inner fixation target.SOLUTION: A quick-return mirror 6 has characteristics of reflecting light of a visible light region and transmitting light in a near-infrared light region. For example, when near-infrared illumination light has a wavelength of about 850 nm, such light can be made incident on an imaging unit 7 without the loss of a light amount and visible light emitted from the internal fixation target 22 is projected onto a subjects eye E. Furthermore, a cornea diaphragm 20a and a crystalline lens diaphragm 15a can be switched to a cornea diaphragm 20b and a crystalline lens diaphragm 15b each having different diameters. The cornea diaphragm 20a and the crystalline lens diaphragm 15a are used for near-infrared invisible light observation.
