To provide an animal feed for poultry capable of enhancing health of domestic fowl and productivity by using in a rational state, a mushroom waste culture medium as a part of raw materials.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, before saprophyte grows immediately after cutting of a mycelium of a mushroom and loss of growth force due to being scraped from a culture bottle, useful fungus which performs fermentation for generating amino acid without generating ammonia odor is added to a mushroom waste culture medium, for growing the mushroom waste culture medium which is a mushroom bed which has been used already after performing bottle cultivation of a mushroom by a mushroom culture medium to which, a crushed object of corn cob is blended as a main material of the substrate, therefore quick fermentation and drying of a fermentation material can be achieved, and by drying, breeding of the useful fungus is stopped in a fermentation material, and the fermentation material is added as a part of the animal feed for poultry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】キノコ廃培地を原料の一部として合理的に用いることで、ニワトリの健康を高めて生産性を向上できる養鶏用飼料を提供する。【解決手段】コーンコブの破砕物が基材の主材として配合されているキノコ培地によってキノコの瓶栽培が行われた後の使用済の菌床であるキノコ廃培地を、栽培瓶から掻き出されることによってキノコの菌糸が切断されて生長力が失われた直後で雑菌が増殖する前に、該キノコ廃培地にアンモニア臭を発生させないでアミノ酸を生成する発酵を行う有用菌を添加して増殖させることで、急速に発酵・乾燥させて得られ、乾燥によって前記有用菌の繁殖が中断された発酵資材が、養鶏の飼料の一部として添加されている。【選択図】図１
