The present invention relates to a printing apparatus of a tablet packing apparatus using cooling packing paper. According to the present invention, the printing apparatus of a tablet packing apparatus using cooling packing paper comprises: a transfer unit having a path of packing paper a printer unit which prints a variety of information of a tablet on an external surface of the packing paper transferred by the transfer unitand a heating roller unit which seals the packing paper printed by the printer unit. The printer unit comprises: a plate-shaped base unit a detection roller formed on one side on a top end of the base unit a print head formed on a bottom end of the detection roller to print on an external surface of the packing paper and a rotary shaft which fixates one end of the print head to be rotatably supported on a front surface of the base unit. The print head of the printer unit prints on a surface of the cooling packing paper.
