The present invention relates to cosmetics containing beads having a predetermined hardness. More specifically, by limiting the range of hardness of the beads from 200 to 500 g/mm, the usability of the cosmetics is improved by enabling users to crush and melt the beads while rubbing the cosmetics, and the beads are prevented from being excessively swelled or from making the cosmetics become murky by the swelling of the bead after storing the cosmetics for a long time, thereby maintaining the constant contents of the beads in order to make the beads stably contained inside base cosmetics. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the cosmetics which contain the beads. The method includes: (S10) a pilot step for manufacturing the beads； (S20) a step for measuring the hardness of the beads after swelling the beads； (S30) a step for piloting the manufacture of the beads after changing the manufacturing recipe, if the hardness of the beads is unsatisfactory, and repeating the (S20) step； (S40) a step for mass-producing the beads using the manufacturing recipe for the beads which have the hardness within the range of satisfaction； (S50) a step for manufacturing the base cosmetics； and (S60) a step for packaging the beads manufactured in the (S40) step after mixing the beads with the base cosmetics.
