System of the present invention, as the purposes for increasing resistance to oxidation and protect liver ability, is the resistance to oxidation for increasing liver with what in relation to a kind of protein hydrolyzate. And the protein hydrolyzate of various concentration has the generation for promoting GSH content and inhibiting TBARS in the case where not influencing cell viability, uses the resistance to oxidation and health care liver for increasing liver.本發明係有關一種蛋白水解液作為增加抗氧化力及護肝能力之用途，其係用於增加肝臟之抗氧化力。本發明之蛋白水解液係經由木瓜酵素及蛋白酶N水解蛋白稀釋液而製成。且不同濃度的蛋白水解液在不影響細胞生存能力的情況下，具有提升GSH含量並抑制TBARS之產生，藉以增加肝臟之抗氧化力以及保健肝臟。
