The present invention relates to a safety syringe equipped with a filter member by which ampoule pieces included in a syringed liquid are filtered when the syringed liquid from an ampoule is filled in the syringe so that the ampoule pieces are not injected in the human body when being syringed. The safety syringe is equipped with a filter member (200) closely installed in a syringe needle fixing pipe (100) coupled with the front end of a cylinder (1) having a piston (2) installed therein so that foreign materials included in a syringed liquid can be filtered. In the front end of the filter member, a cyclic external flange unit (310) which is closely adhered along the inner circumferential surface of the syringe needle fixing pipe and a gasket (300) equipped with a syringed liquid feeding unit (320) which is elastically opened by means of inner pressure reduced in the syringe needle fixing pipe when the piston is backwardly moved and forms a path for discharging the syringed liquid fed in the syringe needle fixing pipe towards the filter member are inserted.
