The present invention relates to a syringe where a syringe is used for injecting drug liquid like a pain reliever, taking the drug liquid from an ampule having the drug liquid by using a needle on the syringe while foreign materials from the ampule are put through the needle on the syringe, and is allowed to screen the foreign materials when the drug liquid is injected into the human body with use of the syringe. The filter which screens the foreign materials is installed in the syringe and is also used when the drug liquid is injected into a catheter.
