The present invention relates to an orthodontic device and an orthodontic method using the orthodontic device including a soft correction frame disposed to cover a corresponding group of teeth with a correction groove corresponding to a correction tooth form of teeth formed in an inside surface and a hard supporting frame coming into close contact to surround an outside surface of the correction frame, in which a coupling groove portion is formed in an end portion of an edge of the outside surface of the correction frame and a coupling bent portion engaged and coupled to correspond to the coupling groove portion is formed in an end portion of an edge of an inside surface of the supporting frame. According to the orthodontic device and the orthodontic method using the orthodontic device, the correction frame is disposed to cover the corresponding group of teeth in the state where the correction groove corresponding to the correction tooth form of the teeth is formed and the supporting frame is coupled with the outside surface of the correction frame, and thus pains are suppressed and an orthodontic force resulting from the hard supporting frame is maintained during correction by the soft correction frame.
