PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously increase holding force in a rotation position holding mechanism of a rotation operation part in accordance with rotation quantity of an operation lever.
SOLUTION: A friction generating member 29 is provided to integrally rotate with the operation lever of the rotation operation part. An elastic member 27 is fixed to a fixed shaft 13 of the rotation operation part. On the fixed shaft 13, a frame member 28 equipped with a frame part 28A that is coaxially arranged to a rotating shaft is fixed. On the elastic member 27, an elastic arm part 27B is provided to extend, with an outer circumferential surface drawing an eccentric arc to the rotation shaft. As the operation lever is rotated in the direction of an arrow A, the friction generating member 29 is rotated along an inner circumferential surface of the frame part 28A to get in sliding contact with the outer circumferential surface. The friction generating member 29 receives larger elastic force from the elastic arm part 27B as it moves in the direction of the arrow A, thereby friction between both is increased.
