The present invention relates to an electric litter manager for managing straw laid in a poultry farm, which comprises: a main body having a frame to which at least three wheels are attached and an operating table for guiding driving behind the frame； a rotary having a plurality of rotor blades for changing straw in the center of the frame and a motor connected to the rotor blades to add rotation； a brace having an attractor to flatten the straw to the rear and front of the frame and make the same even, and a nozzle for sterilizing the straw； and an adjuster having a screw interposed between the wheel and the frame and having the variable length according to rotation, and a knob transmitting the rotation to one end of the screw.
