A herbicidal composition containing as active ingredients (a) at least one herbicidal compound selected from the group consisting of a benzoylpyrazole compound represented by formula (I): wherein each of R, R, R, R, and R is alkyl, and R represents an alkoxyalkoxy group, sulcotrione and topramezone, and (b) amicarbazone. 2. The herbicidal composition according to claim 1, wherein the ratio in the mixture of (a) the herbicidal compound to (b) amicarbazone is from 1: 3000 to 1000: 1 in a weight ratio. The herbicidal composition according to claim 1, wherein (a) the herbicidal compound is at least one herbicidal compound selected from the group consisting of a benzoylpyrazole compound represented by formula (I) and topramezone. The herbicidal composition according to claim 1, wherein (a) the herbicidal compound is a benzoylpyrazole compound represented by the formula (I). The herbicidal composition according to claim 4, wherein, in the formula (I), each of R, R, R, R and R is methyl or ethyl, and R is —OCHCHOCH. 6. The herbicidal composition of claim 4, wherein in formula (I), each of R and R is methyl or ethyl, each of R, R and R is methyl, and R is —OCHCHOCH.
