A sliding apparatus or a cylinder apparatus is generally used to load a wheelchair to a vehicle or unload the wheelchair from the vehicle. Accordingly, people are required to manually lift the wheelchair up and down or choose not to load the wheelchair on the vehicle in actual cases. According to the present invention, a wheelchair can easily be loaded to a vehicle or unloaded from the vehicle while adjusting the speed to ensure the wheelchair to be loaded or unloaded safely. The wheelchair can maintain horizontality when being loaded to the vehicle or being unloaded from the vehicle to enable comfortable movement. The wheelchair can also include a caster passing the ground surface to enable free running and lifting movement, thereby ensuring convenient movements.
