A general wheelchair moving on the ground includes casters on a bottom part, thus moving using a frictional force between the casters and the ground and improving the energy efficiency by using properties of the casters. However, the wheelchair using the casters is limited to pass (move) a staircase. According to the present invention, a wheelchair obtains the effects of passing through a staircase, passing through a staircase safely, and providing user convenience by moving on the ground and passing through a staircase at the same time if the wheelchair includes caters enabling the wheelchair to move on the ground.
