The present invention relates to coffee gimbap (a Korean rice roll) and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, provided are a manufacturing method for manufacturing gimbap by mixing coffee powder or coffee liquid with either a stuffing or a rice, both of which are ingredients of gimbap. The coffee gimbap manufactured by using coffee powder or coffee liquid enables a user to naturally enjoy the aroma of coffee and the flavor and effects of coffee that are beneficial to humans while eating the gimbap. The coffee gimbap has various health effects of increasing thinking ability, concentration ability, and calculation ability, eliminating depressed moods, and refreshing consciousness.
