A model used to detect the benignity and malignancy of a tumor and its application. The model classifies changes in imprinted genes in tumors by calculating the expression level of imprinted genes and the abnormal expression of copy number of imprinted genes. The detection model and apparatus according to the present disclosure show, for the first time, the expression of loss of imprinting in a sample of a tumor patient in an intuitive manner, and the in situ labeling method of the imprinted gene objectively changes the imprinted (imprinted) gene. Intuitive, early, accurate detection and quantitative model can be provided, which greatly contributes to the diagnosis of molecular pathology.腫瘍の良性・悪性度を検出するために使用されるモデル及びその応用である。前記モデルは、インプリント遺伝子の欠失発現量及びインプリント遺伝子のコピー数異常発現量を計算することにより腫瘍におけるインプリント遺伝子の変化を分級する。本開示に係る検出モデル及び装置は、初めて、腫瘍患者のサンプルにおけるインプリンティング消失の発現を直観的方法で示し、インプリント遺伝子のインサイチュ標識法により、インプリント（刷り込み）遺伝子の変化を客観的、直観的、早期、正確に検出し、且つ定量的モデルを提供でき、分子病理学診断に大きく貢献する。
