PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for simulating operation using a mirror, by which actual operation is simulated, and which is excellent in not only training for an operator but also education guidance for an assistant or the like.
SOLUTION: The device includes a simple abdomen model 100, a camera 200, and a monitor 300. The simple abdomen model 100 has a box 101 in which magnitude is decided using an abdomen of human body as a model and which includes an aperture part 101A at an upper plane, an elastic mesh cover 102 arranged so as to cover the aperture part 101A using an abdominal wall in an air-abdomen state as a model, an internal organ model 105 arranged inside the box 101, a spacer arranged between an internal plane of the box 101 and the internal organ model 105 and arranging the internal organ model 105 in the three dimensional state, a holding means holding the internal organ model 105 in the box 101 so as to move, the camera 200 photographing the vicinity of an operation simulation point of the internal organ model 105 in the box 101, and the monitor 300 displaying picked-up image.
