PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument which can be assembled easily.SOLUTION: In a surgical instrument 1, a power transmission member 19 for transmitting a power for operating a treatment part 14 comprises a first route and a second route fixed to a support shaft 15 of the treatment part 14. The first route and the second route are fixed to parts of an outer periphery of the support shaft 15 so that the first route and the second route are directed in the opposite direction to each other in a circumferential direction of the support shaft 15.
