PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument whose position can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: A surgical instrument 1 includes a rod portion 11 extending in a first direction along a tibia 100 of a human body, an attachment portion 12 arranged at one end of the rod portion 11 and attached to an ankle joint, and a rod portion 11. A fixation portion 15 is provided at the other end of the tibia 100 and fixed to the proximal end of the tibia 100. The fixing portion 15 has a through hole 16 extending in the second direction intersecting the first direction, and a pin 25 arranged in the through hole 16 and having a tip inserted into the tibia 100. The opening of the hole 16 is larger than the outer shape of the pin 25 so that when the pin 25 is inserted into the tibia 100, the fixing portion 15 can move with the portion where the through hole 16 and the pin 25 come into contact as a fulcrum.
