PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drinking and eating product in which a constant property is stably shown even between composition places in a vessel such as a tank that is used between batches and a production process, and adjustment can be performed to be low viscosity, an insoluble solid content can be stably dispersed without being deposited or floated to an upper layer, further to reduce a jelly feeling of the product and give a more natural taste when being made into a beverage, a sauce, and a dressing, and further to improve usability of the drinking and eating product by agitation before a sauce, a mop sauce and a dressing are used being made needless.SOLUTION: Provided is a low viscosity acid jelly drinking and eating product in which a fine gel made deacylation gellan gum is uniformly dispersed, and a concentration thereof is 0.03 wt%-0.20 wt%, and a viscosity is 1.5 mPa s-20.0 mPa s.
