A negative-pressure suction adjustment device used in a technology for extracting calculuses by using a trans-sheath endoscope comprises a housing (1). By means of the negative-pressure suction adjustment device, an operator can directly and accurately set and control negative-pressure suction force to be at a reasonable value, and the situations, such as aggravation of renal hemorrhage due to an excessively high negative pressure, unsmoothness of drainage due to an excessively low negative pressure, failure to maintain a renal low-pressure state and failure to suck out broken calculuses, can be avoided. Accordingly the negative-pressure drainage condition in a sheath canal can be directly observed, and the situations, such as the blocking of a drainage channel in the sheath canal due to broken calculuses and blood clots, can be found and handled in time a central negative-pressure suction source commonly used in an operating room can be directly used, without requiring a special negative-pressure control and monitoring device.
