An apparatus for transmitting power from the input shaft to the shaft of the sowing seed meter apparatus, comprising: a transmission including a housing having identical first and second portions, the first and second housing portions collectively define a first internal channel communicating with it and the second internal channel , the first transmission member rotatably mounted in the first interior channel formed by the first and second parts of the housing and coupled to the drive shaft or to a shaft of the dispenser of seeds, the second transmission member is mounted enny rotatably in the second internal channel formed by the first and second parts of the housing which engages with the first transmission member and connected to the shaft or seed dispenser with a leading valom.2. .
