PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular granulated substance containing granular collagen having collagen peptide powder, having favorable sedimentation/solubility when added to water so as to rapidly settle down and dissolve.
SOLUTION: The granular granulated substance is obtained by granulating non-porous and thin pieces of collagen peptide powder and a binder. The method for producing the granular granulated substance comprises charging the non-porous and thin pieces of collagen peptide powder into a fluidized bed granulating machine, and spraying binder solution to the powder to granulate the collagen peptide powder.
