PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking method, a smoking device unit and a smoking device which can reduce a burnt smell during smoking and allows feeling aroma of an aromatic sufficiently.SOLUTION: A smoking method is based on heating a smoking agent by utilizing reaction heat of the reaction of an exothermic agent with water and comprises reacting the exothermic agent with water in the presence of an aromatic.
