PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic liquid in which syneresis and clouding of a water-absorbing polymer are prevented, having a high storage stability and a high aroma intensity, and excellent in manufacture adaptability, and an aromatic agent using thereof.SOLUTION: The problem has been solved by an aromatic liquid for carrying an aromatic ingredient in an acrylic acid-based water-absorbing polymer, the aromatic liquid comprising at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of a paraffin-based solvent and a naphthene-based solvent and the aromatic ingredient, and by an aromatic agent comprising an acrylic acid-based water-absorbing polymer, the aromatic liquid, and water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
