PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article and a disposable diaper which allow a wearer to use a new absorbent sheet easily by removing the absorbent sheets one by one and have a pair of side walls on every absorbent sheet for preventing the lower absorbent sheets from becoming dirty.
SOLUTION: A laminated absorbent sheet 100 is fixed on an inner surface of a diaper body 2 of the disposable diaper and includes a plurality of absorbent sheets 1 that are laminated and bonded so that the sheets can be removed one by one. Each of the absorbent sheets 1 has a sheet body in which an absorbent core 12 is interposed between a liquid impermeable back sheet and a liquid permeable top sheet. With such a disposable diaper, a new absorbent sheet 1 can be used easily without attaching a new absorbent sheet on the diaper body 2 only by removing used absorbent sheets 1 one by one from the uppermost layer. In addition, each of the plurality of absorbent sheets 1 has the pair of side wall sections 152 standing from the both sides of the sheet body. With such a configuration, excrement of the wearer is prevented from leaking to the outside of the uppermost absorbent sheet 1, and consequently, the absorbent sheets 1 other than the uppermost one are prevented from becoming dirty with the excrement.
