PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color unevenness even when performing coloring and to reduce production costs.SOLUTION: A permeable sheet 1 that allows moisture including urine to permeate, a creped liquid-absorbent, permeable sheet 2, an absorbent core 3 provided on a lower surface of the absorbent core 3 for absorbing moisture including urine, a creped liquid-absorbent, permeable sheet 4 provided on the lower surface of the absorbent core 3, and an impermeable sheet 5 that does not allow moisture including urine to permeate are stacked in order. The absorbent core 3, and the liquid-absorbent, permeable sheet 2 and the liquid-absorbent, permeable sheet 4 on both sides of the core are wrapped and stored between the permeable sheet 1 and the impermeable sheet 5.
