The absorber 4 includes an absorbent core 40, and a core wrap sheet 41 covering at least the non-skin-facing surface 40b of the absorbent core 40. A portion overlapping the absorbent core 40 in a plan view of the diaper 1 in the skin-facing surface 3a of the rear face sheet 3 is disposed with indicators 10 whose color changes by the contact with water. The facing surface 41a of the absorbent core 40 to the non-skin-facing surface 40b in the core wrap sheet 41 is sprinkled with white powder 11 correspondingly to the indicators 10.
