A packaged milk coffee beverage having a pH of from 5 to 7 and satisfying the following conditions (A) to (C) : (A) from 0.01 to 1 wt% of chlorogenic acids, (B) not greater than 0.08 wt% of hydroxyhydroquinone based on a content of said chlorogenic acids, and (C) chlorogenic acids/solid content of coffee ‰§ 0. 03 (in terms of weight ratio).本發明係關於提供一種容器裝牛奶咖啡飲料，其具有優異之高血壓改善作用，且可日常攝取。本發明之pH值5~7之容器裝牛奶咖啡飲料，其滿足下述條件(A)~(C)：(A)0.01~1質量%之綠原酸類；(B)綠原酸類量的0.08質量%以下之羥氫醌；及(C)綠原酸類/咖啡固形分≧0.03(質量比)。
